My path into learning Python continues and by now I´ve gone through primitive types, control flow, functions, data structures, exceptions and am now studying classes. Some lessons are difficult when I´m watching them and taking notes, but after I re-read them several times — which helps me understand the concepts — it isn´t as scary any more.

Have been exercising (strength) and quit eating sugar two weeks ago (June 22 was the first day). It wasn´t as painful as I thought it would be and, best of all, it eliminated the many decision making moments I had throughout the day (should I go grab a chocolate, now that I´m having a hard moment understanding this lesson? Internet stopped working, wouldn´t it be good to go have a biscuit?). Now the option is real food — fruits, salads or something I cook — and I noticed I haven´t had the munchies like I had when I was having sugar on a daily basis. During these two weeks I noticed few changes in my body, weight went down from 158–160 lbs to 150–153 lbs, so nothing very significant. I think my concentration is doing better as well.
